Personally I feel like a pig when I eat over TDEE.
When I am in a calorie deficit w/o any processed food I feel and look amazing tbh.
Also water fasting is also great for detox and fat loss but you feel like shit at first.
Also I started looking at labels for desserts, cookies and shit like that. Fuck me no wonder ppl are fat.
1500 calories for 250g of chocolate, with 0 fiber, 0 protein, 0 vitamins
