I figured a way to screw over someone using Instagram, using their cell phone #

1 Set up a Larp account on Instagram.
2 Select the use phone number option, and put in that person's cell phone number.
3 Just keep clicking 'get a new code' and it will flood their cell phone with new code texts.

not sure what that means. Are you saying the cell phone will block a flood of texts like that? or are you saying the Instagram program will not send codes past a certain number?
