it tastes pretty shit i recommend u mix it with milk and honey like others did it or be an aryan beast and take the entire pack by itself
also 10g might be a bit much especially since this is your first time
i'd start with 5g

ye most of the time but nutmeg dosages are pretty fucked
i hear a lot of stories where a teaspoon is taken and they're completely fucked and some take like 2 tablespoons and they're on a light trip

go with 10g usually anything above 10g u start getting fucked and 5g is only effective in sensitive people
