I find it impossible to sleep on my back

I tried sleeping on my back and found it impossible. The whole night I kept tossing and turning.

And even then the only way I could fall asleep was keeping my body straight but turning my head slightly. What the fuck is wrong with me and how do I fix it.

my eyes are going to stay bloated because my retarded body can't sleep normally

hopefully everytime i try sleeping on my back again my back and legs feel uncomfortable like i have to move them

i need to sleep with my head elevated to debloat my eyes. and if anything that no pillow shit just makes it even worse

You turn around because too much pressure builds on one part of your body and it can go numb, it's a natural reflex. On a water bed, the pressure is distributed more evenly on your back and sides, you won't feel the need to turn around, you can go to sleep and wake up in the same position.
Get a dry flotation bed, you sink deeper in it then in a regular water bed.

@PYT im not joking bro. ask someone to use zippers to bind your arms to the bed. you'll be uncomfortable for a few hours at first and it will exhaust you and youll sleep eventually. i never had trouble sleeping on my back but i forced a friend of mine to do it and he got bound to his bed every night for 2 weeks till he got used to it.

What do you mean, pressure will build on whatever side you sleep on, that's why you turn during sleep. Sleeping in zero gravity is another option, astronauts tie themselves to a bed and sleep in the same position for hours.

only reason im even sleeping on my back is to try and debloat my left upper eyelid ffs.

Maybe it is allergies since I've been in the house for a majority of the time, and they wouldn't swell up because I went to school and would play basketball

Sleeping a certain way wont help imo you should go check a doctor for that maybe it s something else .

my eyes are naturally not like this this shit only started during quarantine. it's either this or allergies I don't know of from being in the house all day. Sometimes it happens other times it doesn't
