Like not bad but small pimples why tf r they coming now
It's been like 14 days since I'm off that drug.
And why tf
Am I getting pimples again ???
I was on 20mg/day

well you retard unless you weigh 21 kg, thats not a full course for 20 mg a day

it's 130-150 mg / kg of bodyweight for a whole course


if you weigh 60 kg, you have to take 140 × 60 = 8400 mg for the whole course

or 20 mg for 420 days

It takes 30 days for isotretinoin to saturate in your body. Meaning it also takes 30 days from your final dose for isotretinoin to completely clear your body.
Basically, after 14 days, the concentration of isotretinoin in your body is going to be very low, and your sebaceous glands will begin producing relatively more sebum than when you had taken your final dosage.
Sebaceous gland activity is permanently inhibited after taking isotretinoin for an extended period to some extent, but without isotretinoin to consistently ensure the glands’ downregulation, they will begin producing more sebum again.
The enzyme (Cutibacterium acnes) of which an excess of leads to visible, hormonal acne ‘feeds’ off sebum.
So naturally, stopping isotretinoin means that you will have a relatively oilier face (more sebum) meaning that there will be more of said enzyme again.
It’s normal, I’d just take a topical retinoid if I’ve finished my course of isotretinoin to continue to inhibit sebum production to the extent that my face feels okay but I don’t suffer from acne again.

My case is more weird I took 10-20 mg pills for 10 months.It cleaned my face ,arms,bacne.7 months after 10 month course ended it started coming back but not as bad as before accutane.One guy in my post said I took 5500-5700mg total and I need 4300-4700mg more to clean it from the root
 
Ive read that your dose should be like double of what you took tbh

I have been using dalacin T,Zineryt,Epiduo Forte retinoid for a month.No results just more ingrowns,acne,and Pimples

Well the STANDARD cumulative dose is 120-140. Yours is 50rn and you've been taking it for 5 months now. You would need to take it AT LEAST for 6-7 months to reach that goal
