From what I've read, jelq is useful for both length and girth, but also the more girth you get, the harder it will be to extend your dick.

Extender/manual stretching/hanging, on the other hand, will only give you length, but it seems more effective.

I can't buy an extender so I've been hanging tbh, I did 1h 40m today with 1kg, I will go down to 1h( 3x20m) with 2kgs tomorrow.

Keep doing jelqs only for now, at least until you complete 2 months so your dick get used to the stress, you don't want to get your dick fucked up, worse than a small dick is a dick with ED.

Also, do you warm-up before the exercises?

If it's at least 5 minutes, I think it's ok. I get warm arm on a plastic cup and then I put my dick inside holding the cup against my body, for me it's the best way to warm tbh
