I had to stop lifting for two weeks because of exams. Despite eating even more calories than when I was active in the gym and eating dogshit food, my face suddenly looks lean af the first time in a while. Can some high IQ cel explain this?
I slso noticed that my perma pump went away. I would always have a light pump and veins showing just when standing up or going for a walk. It went away.
My possible explanation: when you workout, you store glycogen in your muscles. Maybe the perma facial bloat was because of glycogen stored in my facial muscles because they also get activated when working out.
However, this poses a new problem. How can I keep the leanness and still be active at the gym?
