1st. You need to wear some fancy or hot clothes
2nd. Get to places like train station and dark alleys in middle of night. Alone.
3rd. Wait for pedofiles or rapers and don't struggle.
4th. Get to tests and finally find out that you have some "nice" venereal diseases.
2nd part won't work on all places. Distant place but close to city will be perfect as well as places in city if they are unnoticiable.
Btw if you are male you have smaller chance to success in getting raped. Expecially if you wear women clothes.
