Before I started doing this, I slept 8-10 hours. I slept for 6 hours last night, 3 am to 9 am, and I didn’t wake up with an alarm but naturally. It’s 4:30 am for me and I’m not sleepy in the slightest, I still feel rested and energetic. The average person spends one third of their life asleep. Sleep less = more life.
