I’ve been on a binge streak for like a fucking year on just eating sugar bruh and now my skin looks kinda like Richard Ramirez’s, I want better health indicators and skins a big I’m on day 3 of limiting sugar n shit but want to know if there’s more I can do to make my skin glow and look healthier

jfl at this i eat sugar daily, but i keep processed sugars to a minimum.

ngl i be having like 2 sugar cookies a day and my skin “looks edited”

i also eat a lot of fruit so i get natural sugars

but in general i have a good diet and im active, i get my vitamins and minerals, havent had a bad breakout in months, maybe ill get one blemish if i eat goyslop one day

but bro just eat healthy and do skincare, it will get better hopefully
