a high dose like this will overwhelm your system. So if you feel nauseous, are vomiting, have diarrhea or abdominal pain.

Then you should not take another dose, Hydrate aggressively (small sips if nauseated) Eat very light foods (if tolerated)
Monitor your symptoms closely

go to the doctor if it gets to overwhelming or if your symptoms get to severe
