Cats are great if you live in the country like I do. No rats and mice and believe me if you live in the country and have sheds and shit esp livestock you will have rodents around and they get in the house sometimes or the attic. I barely feed mine scraps they dont go in the house I dont pet them, only sometimes. Love my dogs more and agree dogs are mans best friend but cats are very useful and cool animals.
