Most popular therapy types are focused on discovering CORE BELIEFS that anyone could have. If someone has narcissist core beliefs and therefore behavior you can call them a narcissist. They aren't diagnosed and wouldn't be just cause they personally and other ppl don't find it harmful. THATS ALL
