I got 5% shredded a few months ago and I looked normal at last you could see my face, but now that I'm +10% I look fat af in the face, I have reasons to not lose weight this year but come next I'm going Auschwitz mode 3-5 % and staying there

5% is doubtful, bodybuilders diet down to 3-5% on stage and regain very quickly.

Bones usually start showing around 10-12%, higher if you got good bones
