What sickness do you have

It's a long story but I'll try to be short and consise:

1) Untreated UARS or OSA. The solution to this would be double jaw surgery, but the maxfac won't give it to me for free. Also, even if paying for it was an option, I got shit crooked teeth and couple of cavities that seem to reoccur every now and then. So the maxfac sends me to the orthodontist, who should give me braces, but wouldn't because of my cavities, which then got fixed, but then they reappeared, so this is a catch 22. And even if they didn't keep reappearing, braces alone would take 3 years or so to straighten my teeth, and then bimax takes 1 year to recover from, so I'd already be 31 in the end.

As a result, I'm always exhausted, nauseous, dizzy. This is hell.

2) Hypothryoid resistant to hormonal treatment

3) Possibly some kind of multiple sclerosis because I find that my feet, my calves, my arms and my hands keep spasming up almost every day and I mean spasming up pretty bad. Like, when I get these episodes, I can barely move my arms or feet. If I was holding a cup of water or sth, i would drop it, it would break and prolly I would get cut up

4) Overactive bladder syndrome: I have to piss like 8 times every 10 minutes or so, this is especially bad at nights, and it's been resistant to drugs.

These 4 in conjuction have made my life a living hell. I don't want to live like this. Seems pointless. And doctors are useless. Like, if they can't prove to themselves there's something wrong with me, then I must be hallucinating... all to feed their God complex ego's. Totally not because there's no funding for these illnesses and medicine isn't nearly as advanced yet as these fuckers tend to believe?

Honestly having a lot of passive income would be my only savior. I'm 99% sure I am unemployable in this state that seems persistent, and working is bullshit anyway since 1) modern work conditions suck, and 2) pay would be jackshit, and 3) why would I contribute to a society that never gave me shit?

I recommend finding a way to work from home so you can go to the bathroom whenever. For the spasming I would try to practice holding non breakable things and try to control it idk how well that would help. For the cavities I would try to eat better it won't help a lot but it will make u feel better and could help. Your life seems hard and I'm proud of you for making this long keep pushing
