i fucking hate my bodys temperature regulation

in the morning i am always freezing, then some time in the afternoon-night i start being steaming hot which makes it impossible to sleep, even in the winter opening windows, it sometimes gets to a point where i go naked outside at -3 degrees and stay there for like 10 minutes to cool down. then i obviously get hot again


i take a fan and use it directly on my face too. barely does anything

my feet are usually the coldest too, once they start getting hot i instantly know its over. you could cook eggs on them after that

yeah its weird, why does this opposite thing happen sometimes? its extremely annoying, i legit wash my feet with cold water every hour or so when this happens
