Why it had to be unfixable things?

To explain better ill show you a pic of someone with the same problem:

Even BFR didn't change his wide jaw and chin, he only looks slighty better.

This is a normal looking jaw:

Not too wide not too narrow, it's ok (2nd pic)

This is way worse than mine, actually subhuman bone structure. What the fuck is that face shape?

Even bichectomy won't make me different from the pic of the first guy. No surgery for face shape I could even get surgery for my eyes and nose and it won't fix my wide skull. At best I could try masseter botox but it only lasts for some months and it's expensive.

Now he can take 3/4 pics without looking bloated
