Again, another episode of chest pain while doing intense exercise, this time unmistakeable and sharp it's not fucking GERD or anything. In the centre of the chest or the right side of the heart feels especially sore when I inhale while the chest is pounding

I take beta blockers and I'm still having this problem, my symptoms start again when I skip a dose..imagine my state without it

I assume you've already gotten an echo but you might have some sort of subclinical pericarditis/myocarditis made worse by fast heart rate or high BP you really shouldn't be working out you should take it easy even if the doctors say you are totally fine

things such as keeping your head elevated, not drinking, and not eating processed garbage might help
