I used to go by science based lifting and realised there is 0 fucking difference with not.

What I hate the most is kids like Tren Baby who are completely dyel whilst being the most smug people on the platform

As soon as you act smug, you subject urself to criticism and indeed, you are all fucking dyel.

Also I can tell u for a fact that FBEOD is not the best split on gear some retard tried telling me that, high volume slightly less frequency was way better for me

Then you have these TikTok kids on here who think they are smart trying to advise roiders on their knowledge on muh science based lifting and nutrition when all the science goes out the window since not a single study was conducted on someone with supraphysiological hormones, making it all useless.

Your “eat at maintenance and grow maximum muscle” or your “0.7-1g per lbs protein g” ain’t gonna work lil bro.

Apart from exercise selection, everything that science based lifting claims, from sets per week/session, training frequency, nutrition etc is just plain sub optimal as fuck for a roider.

Dyel means do you even lift. It looks like they have never lifted a weight in their life.

Right...well, it mostly depends on your genes, if you don't have them, you won't grow much muscles even if you train hard.

Im a science based lifter and even I know that the community is retarded. These niche things don’t matter as much as others think. It’s best to do a workout and split you enjoy as that will ensure you’ll be consistent

True but doesn’t hold true because in this case there’s a trend of them all being low FFMI
