I fucking hate the fact that i wake up so late

I browse internet all night and then i wake up at 13:00.
When there is online class, i just join it and then go to sleep again since it's not required to show our face.
I can't fix my sleeping schedule. It's impossible for me to sleep before 3.

I cant do that cause it makes me sick when i sleep less. I think it's something to do with my nicotine abuse. But i cant quit cigs either
