According to caloriecels, any fat person off of the street would needed to have been in a consistent caloric surplus over a prolonged period of time to obviously become fat.
If you were to look at the average fat person's diet, most of what they eat is realistically going to be extremely processed food.
How the actual fuck can a fat person just stay the same weight then?? If they had to have been in a caloric surplus to reach their current weight, but their habits are mostly the same, how the actual fuck have they not become completely bedridden by now??
By the logic if calories-in calories-out, these fat people basically have to be reaching a point where they suddenly fix all of their bad habits and eat just enough to maintain their weight.
You might argue that fat people have higher levels of caloric expenditure because they are fat, but the difference really isn't that significant at all (as you'll see in these photos below, a 15kg difference in bodyweight only represents a 200 calorie difference in caloric expenditure, that's legit one extra chocolate bar on a daily basis).
So what the fuck is going on here? Can someone logically explain this to me? If fat people eat soo poorly, how are soo many of them able to maintain their same level of fatness with a shitty diet? I genuinely don't know if I'm just retarded or something, but this doesn't logically add up.
I'm also not overweight at all myself so I have no reason to defend fatcels.
