Applied or a job at a western run restauruant and they literally ghosted me. Probably cause I didn't seem liberal and hip enough. Applied for a job at a chinese run restauruant and I got accepted almost immediately. It is an uphill battle in the west for me.

Lol, I work at a Chinese restaurant as well. After so long over there I just feel more comfortable among them than my own kind. We have a white girl (dyke) who works there too. Has a dude's name and prefers to be called "he". The older Chinese staff and I sometimes joke about it.

I came back to the States for a few months in early 2018. Flew from Hong Kong to LA just to see it. Spent two nights on the streets because no hostel in Venice Beach would accept me. Guess I didn't exude enough hip liberal "vibes". I had a real hard time navigating the the bus system as well. Eventually a really nice Korean lady helped me find my way to the Greyhound station so I could GTFO of California and never return. Those two nights wondering the streets and riding busses with all my luggage was pretty hard. I didn't sleep because I didn't want to get my stuff stolen. Even got attacked by a Mexican in a 7 Eleven parking lot. I dodged a few of his punches and didn't strike back because they looked like gangbangers and I didn't want to get shot if I ended up beating him. I still handled it very well though. His friends must of thought I was a decoy cop or something because they ended up pulling him away yelling to him "Stop, they be watchin us!", before forcing him in their car and driving off. They were gonna let him fight me at first but seeing my demeanor after being attacked must have made them think I was a cop or something. They seen I wasn't scared, and I never dropped my cup of coffee, lol.

Anyways, the Western world loves it's own. I've long ago lost any interest in "vibing" with it. I've accepted it will always hate me.

I was just standing outside by the cooler sipping my coffee looking out of place. He and a buddy were sparring in the parking lot.
