dermarolling is cope, just find all ur food intolerances and try to balance all ur vitamins, it all comes to diet no joke

The best thing ive used was epiduo which completely fixed severe acne

Sadly though I got it from a friend and ran out.

You need to go to a derm to get it though which I couldnt be fucked to do
