Go to the gym, if still sick it’s over for your immune system means you will never be able to put on muscle as you will always lose it

Too lazy, there should be some guides on here, also diet is pretty complex so make some research on your own. Basically just eat real food, food of God.

Most people gonna get a cold , sick etc.... (i saw it in me own eyes, me mom, and many other people outside being sickly)

Well, idk how to treat it, its pretty normal

Most doctors blame the lack of vitamine D (+ magnesium) of it... so maaybe try taking that

I also heard that v b5 also can help good

Literally just exercise, eat healthy, sleep well. Thats how you “strengthen” your immune system, by keeping your body healthy all around. Avoid drugs and alcohol. Take basic supps like d3, creatine, magnesium. Get sunlight. Lift and do cardio

I do exercise
My diet is somewhat healthy
Sleep like 7 hours a day
