I get sick all the time

And now I've had a cold for almost a month. Whenever I think it gets better, it gets worse again.
Too little sleep and too high workload are probably to blame.
But I also don't want to get less done, skip the gym, etc.

Guess no more phone rotting before bed and instead sleeping earlier.
