First was in middle school in PE bathroom with full blast audio.
Second was in class & I was looking at a foid while releasing. No one noticed. Was wiping that shit on my notebook now it’s all sticky.

Usually I would just do it right before school & people would say “You smell like dogshit” “You are the #1 gooner”
After both I felt low T & mentally ill. As of now, I have quit my addiction by spending my life on org.
I take this as a huge win.
