benching not helping cant feel my chest on any benching related activity

Try low incline dumbbell press, much easier to feel the chest. And when benching try to retract the shoulders as much as possible, really dig into the bench and imagine your doing a rowing motion.

Also mind muscle connection is legit. I thought it was autistic cope but if you can really focus and get that connection, and be able to flex your muscles such as do the chest pop thing, then it will help with activation of it.
