my job is easy and it doesn’t pay very well, they started me off on part time but i can move to full time later on so right now i’m just saving up

later on when we move in together i’ll start working full hours

i have to get her though college she wants an associates in nursing

i’ve got my life plan figured out for the most part, i’ll be retired by 35~ with steady passive income

i’ve done the math and it works out, im just going to landlordmax by living poor as shit a few years

that’s 750 a month in extra income that’ll suddenly jump to 2250 (750 is the average monthly cost of a duplex in my area)
then 3750 and so forth

by the time im 35 i’ll be relying a lot less on my wage

honestly i’m set even if i don’t do shit my grandpa has a 50 million real estate portfolio, but what’s even more cucked is spending your whole life eating out of someone else’s hand
