This was my physique 3 months ago, here I weight 5 lbs less tgan now yet the bf was higher. The arms are slightly less than 16 inches, they are 16.5 inches now and I am visibly leaner, especially in the trunk and arms. Have not yet made a new photo because I am too lazy
