I got an appointment for my sleep apnea the 25th please help me get le fort 1

i made a post about this yesterday but i actually got an appointment the 25th this month.

i am 17, 70kg 170cm, live in sweden
i had trouble with my breathing when sleeping like never feeling rested, stiffness in the jaw, waking up with headaches, no energy etc.
I told my dad this and he said i got an appointment the 25th so now all i can do is wait and plan what i am gonna say.
I think im gonna say this, Everytime i wake up it feels like dying, i get headaches, and it never feels like i sleep good. I also wake up alot of times during the night gasping for air but i just brushed it off because i got diagnosed with asthma alot but i grew out of it. And now i suspect that it is something else.
I barley go to school because i never have the energy i barley go outside since i get very tired, even when hanging out with friends i usually take a 1g paracetamol to function for 3 hours just to go home and sleep for 7 hours. Even after i sleep for 12 hours it never gets better.

Does this sound good to say?
or am i missing something?

A mate of mine said this and larpd about wanting to become an actor ''prob not even needed''
but he said
'' yes that ofc possible, but hell have to pay a bit extra, since its more complicated than a regualr dental surgery''

So goverment will still cover most of it

we in the same situation mate, 4 me its less severe but its still like that i feel ya. tryna get surgery too but its a. long procedure

taking 4ever especially in Sweden because it takes time to even get an appointment so its gonna maybe take me over 6 months.

yea, but my parents can afford It and as its for my health they are willing to spend that much money

Yes, straight to maxilofacial. Going to a public one. There it will be determined if I deserve it free or not
