Some bitch just yelled hello at me in the town square, i turned around and she was so fucking ugly and acting like she knows me (she probably does, i have bad face memory). Anyways, my Tea levels are low since i coomed in my sleep this morning, so i said "hello" "yes" and "gotta go" and ran away jfl.

Why jfl i'm the epitome of mental health.
How do I fix my mental health? I've been reading a book by Alan Gordon "The Way Out". It's about treating chronic pain and how most chronic pain cases are actually just neuroplastic pain caused by the brain itself and not the body.

It did tbh. I only get attention from girls who want me as betabuxx but aren't sexually attracted to me.

If you have chronic pain don't rely on psychology. If there's anything i hate it's psychology. I got tinnitus not long ago and it was the first time in the last few years when i felt really sad and even thought about suicide. The solution wasn't some neuromodulation pseudoscience but treating the tinnitus through legit methods.

So just be healthy theory applies as always. One thing that really helps a lot is tanning. And i'm dead serious, try it.

I think our brains are more complex than that. The book has a 4.6 rating out of 1100 reviews on amazon and it helped a lot of suffering people. you don't have to do anything except change the way you think and embrace positive thinking / safety thoughts and doing somatic tracking. and what's so special about tanning?

Idk sounds like placebo at best. Did it work for you?

I only finished the audiobook verison yesterday and did some somatic tracking but I now feel better when lying on my stomach which I didn't before. I still have the same head pressure that I got 2 months ago. It's been officially 2 months and 5 days since it started. I'm still taking topiramate for another month and if it persists my doctor will hopefully switch the meds to Amitriptyline (I can also induce a heart attack with it and kill myself if it doesn't reduce my head pressure which is good) but i'll need anti-emetics and sedatives to go to slepe before hand

Damn brutal, i went through something similar with tinnitus. I thought i had ruined my life at 18 if it didn't go away.

Do you know what's the reason for the pain, or how you got it?

It aPpeared shortly after a covid infection, I was bad sick for a few weeks with fever and coughing and runny nose and after these symptoms cleared I woke up with head pressure out of nowhere.

If you google head pressure in covid sub it's full of people with the same symptom

Absolutely brutal. Could it be presistent inflammation? Ask for corticosteroids like prednisone, take a high dose for two days and see if it gets better. If yes then get off and find a natural way to reduce inflammation.

Idk if she wants to give that to me. What does prednisone do? She agreed to try amitriptyline if nothing changes on topiramate
