the first time was at this Asian lunch spot I've been going to on and off for the past 4 years. I haven't been going recently but I used to be tight with the owner cus she's Korean and I'm also Korean (she'd give me free food n shi). The last time I went was probably in November when I wasn't doing any LMs. Anyway today I went and when I went up to pay she started complimenting me and talking about how when guys hit 18 their bones develop and look better and how I'm more handsome now (I'm 17) but this is just complete gaslighting JFL nothing changed in terms of bones in the time she hasn't seen me I've just dropped to 12% BF. lean is law tbh

the last period of the day, my homie and I were joking about something and I smiled so he started talking about how my teeth are rly white and complimented them. this is the first time someones noticed, and I almost forgot I did a whole set of whitening strips. I finished them about a month ago but tbh I lowkey forgot how white they were. I think its def worth a purchase as long as ur teeth are straight and good looking. I've noticed a lot of ppl look at my teeth when I'm smiling and laughing. I linked the ones I used below.
