the reason why i got denied is because my palate is already wider than the average,He said that further expansion would be useless also i would have to get surgery on the lower arch to match the upper ( this is interesting i thought it will grow aswell) i still have the mini implants in my palate from past treatment i thought i can neanderthal max to oblivion,guess not
How to see how much expansion you can achieve without surgery
touch your two cental incisor with the lower incisor, your lower arch should be wider if its already the same size you need surgery after mse
also if ur lower and upper arch is the same size and you havent got crowded teeth orthodontist wont give you any expansion device, they will try to use jew tactics like rubberbands or extractions.
