I got fired from my internship

I don’t even cared about that job as I was seriously going to say I want to quit the next day anyways. They were acting like I would be heartbroken by it and even asked me like "is it okay if you continue working from now on?" They said that no one there likes me and the time that I still have to spend there I should try to do my best so I stay in great memory to them.

Should I really give my best or just go for the 2 months I have left?
