ive been using it for months like when i first started I started with hydrocortisone 0.5% But then i was seein no changes i changed to bethametasone 0.5% what im using rn. I apply it every morning and night. Also take 2 Ashwagandas so it doesnt increase cortisol but yeah the changes are about 7-8 months long

Is it permanent? Btw you're already using accutane so i dont think it will affect that much for someone whos using bethametasone only
