Man, Im dealin with this whack insom every dang night, totally ticked off cause I cant snag any zzzzzzzz bro, only conkin out by like 4am, wtf bro

How old are you, what is your diet, what do you do before trying to get to sleep?
 
I live in the countryside I rarely use my phone blud, I need to help plant potatoes

Do you follow a vegetarian/vegan diet? How long before sleeping do you use your phone until. Do you stay in your bed in holidays / in the morning. When you try to get to sleep and cant, whats actually happening, do you have thoughts that ruin your mood, or is it that you just cant get to sleep, or do you sleep and then wake up within a few mins?

Nah, I dont do the vegan diet, Im on my phone like a sec fore I crash, some days Im a couch potato, other days Im out for a stroll. But, like, it takes me 4 hrs just to knock out, Feels like my brains off but still awake, yknow? Just lying there for ages, prob cause Im overthinkin and stressin bout whats comin up next

And so, people with insomnia should drink 2 liters of wine to deal with these problems

I have some advice for you but I might be able to help you more in PMs.
Right now my current advice is (in order for priority):

  1. Take 200mg of magnesium bisglycinate 1 hour before you want to get to bed and another 200mg just before you want to get into bed
  2. Put your phone away for 30min before bed + use blue light filter after 9pm
  3. Go the gym and lift heavy ass weights its very catharthic especially for your stress and overthinking, make sure you are done with this 3 hours before bed at the latest
  4. dont stay in your bed in the monring for any reason, if you want to just lie down and do nothing do it on the sofa or something just not in your bed so you brain conditions bed = sleep
  5. Journal your thoughts
  6. Consider taking 500-600mg of ashwhaganda for stress management, once a day before sleep. This will take about a week to show effect and will need to be cycled.

What to avoid:
  • Taking melatonin, based on what you have described it seems to be something which can be corrected by the above, its important to not become reliant on melatonin. This can worsen your insominia over time
  • No caffeine after 3pm at all
  • Becoming reliant on any substances including alcohol
