so i have lycopene 5mg mixed with some multivitamins so i am taking 3 tabs. what is reccomended?
 
at least 25mg
u have to be low body fat also

being 15 doesn’t mean you should be fat
small deficit doesn’t stunt growth. just don’t be a retard and starve max
eveyone has god level collagen at 15
u should’ve bought like 20mg cals, but just take 4-5 yes

but a very lean face, i already do alot of cardio and walking and burn 600 cals everyday
and not everyone around me has the collagen level as i have.
i used to have shitty collagen and looked 25 but now i have god level collagen
i took it from the stores thats why, it would be hard to order at home cuz my parents would be asking why and shit, what should i do?

imo skip the lyco, it’s not why your not chad. will barely make a noticeable diff, esp at 20% bf. 20% is fat for a male. lose fat. legit 12% - 10% is where you should be as a male. most underestimate also.
