-Should i split it to 3 IU in morning and 3 IU before bed? Or like 2IU morning and 4 IU before bed?

-And should I consume sugar and carbohydrates after injecting in the anabolic window . For igf1?

-Should I take amino acids like 6 raw egg yolks before injecting?

should inject insulin as well foor igf1 but take sugar afterwards. I do once a day at night before sleeping to mimic gh release at night. Actually gonna inject rn. dm if youwant instruction on how to.
