Lose fat. Most models are at like 150-165lbs pure muscle even at heights like 6'2 and they look jacked. That's as low as 68kg. They have 26-28" waists.

Never buy into the bulk meme (or if you do bulk, clean bulk not dirty bulk). You want to look aesthetic, you want to drop low in body fat after building some muscle. You don't need to be 200-250lbs to look good.

If you can't even see your muscles you are at +20% body fat. You want to be ideally at 10-12%

last setto failure i eat only meat egg milk and fruits everyday i think i get enough protein

im like 20% i think i have 85 kilos at 6'1

Because he has relatively small muscles spread over big Chad clavicles / ribcage with great insertions. For the average shit boned incel with shit insertions you do need to blast roids as you need a load of additional muscle mass to make up for your lack of frame and get the same proportions.
