I took a new picture for my ID today and I looked like Saul Goodman in terms of body fat. Maybe not as fat but I had a double chin.

I went to the gym again since December but my work outs were mostly half-assed and they didn‘t feel like they did anything.

I started eating a carnivore diet again since the start of the month.

Maybe just not going to the gym and abstaining from eating altogether could be a good strategy like it was in the past for me or I just force myself to go the gym every day instead and just as eat as little as possible.

incline treadmill half on hour everyday minimum 4x a week on 3-4 speed. then work out your maintenance calories and reduce 500 calories from that amount and thats what you need to stay at to be in a calorie deficit. its not hard you just have to be willing. (edit) furthermore being on a carnivore diet does not mean anything if youre doing cardio are still intaking the same amount of calories. when i lost weight there was days where i ate like shit but i made sure to balance it out. if you cant commit just get reta itll make it much easier

I walked like 3 hours nonstop last fall every single day for like a month. Seems more enjoyable than that but maybe it‘s not as boring as I think it may be.

I already got an appointment for a new workout plan on Thursday in my gym with some trainer. Maybe they have some ideas aswell.

walking 3 hours a day is excessive. its like they say you can lead a donkey to a well but you cant force it to drink. ive literally just given you the blueprint even if you dont want to hop on reta. youre saying you dont have an issue with the commitment do as i said for 6 months and you most definitely will see results

I just don‘t feel like damaging my body with synthetic chemical garbage.

I‘ll probably find some way. I was pretty skinny a few years ago and at one point even emaciated since I experimented with fasting/starving myself.

What I‘m more struggling with is to build muscle and be lean. Back in 2018 I was in the best shape I had ever been because I went to the gym with my brother 6 days a week but I‘ve never looked as good since then. It‘s just not realistic to keep that routine up. I also wasn‘t lean yet because I probably ate a lot of carbs back then.

Even if it might have been excessive it didn‘t feel as tedious or boring as walking 45 minutes on a threadmill. Also the air outside was better than being stuck in a gym with lots of people with a window you can only open slightly.

I would do this if I didnt have such a thin neck and wide frame, it makes me look like a twink fr :feelswhy:

so I just have to train hard and lose fat slowly

bro i was eating fast food during my weight loss as well the main thing is calorie deficit. and furthermore im giving you a solution WITHOUT the need for reta.
