I grew 2 inch with this method

Basicailly i was asleep, and then i dreamt of my bones growing, and it was so intense, my bones were aching, i was sweating, but i was so cold, and hungry. I woke up and i could feel a difference, and i grew 2 inches higher. Could this be a new method
