I kept saying 5'10 and shit but that was months ago of measurement. I'm 5'11.8 now, basically 182cm i think or 181.5cm.

yeah, by increasing metabolic rate of cells it breaks fat cells down. But it releases a lot of heat and increases body temperatiure by a lot.
