Then I woke up at 3 AM to my dad's loud ass phone ringing and waking me up, I don't know why his phone was in my room

But it was very loud and woke me up.

Now I haven't slept since and I'm full of cortisol.

I'm on 3 hours of sleep.

From a dream like that, to living nightmare in real life.
