I got home at 4PM, I went to sleep, I woke up at 4AM in the morning today, I still feel like I haven't had a wink of sleep

No, I did, it's just my sleep is completely non-restorative: I can sleep 15 hours a day, hell even 20, and I'll never feel energized. It's horrible

No, no, according to the docs this is a rare congenital adrenal and thyroid issue I have that's been going on for 11 years now. Only now am I in the process of being properly diagnosed
