I had a nine and a half hour long sleep last night.

so last night i went to bed at 1 am, fell asleep at 1:30 am

felt conscious and ‘awake’ at 11:15 am (but went back to sleep) and my dreams became a bit more lucid

than i finally got out of bed at 11:50 am today and grabbed my phone

it’s safe to say i had a good nine and a half hour long sleep and i’m feeling extremely happy today

i feel so guilt-free and energetic rn

this is one of the best days of my life
