No idea bc Im not gymmaxxing rn, after school I was visiting gym for free only bc I worked as personal trainer there, after long time of not working out i got to some gym as coach and check my 1rm bench and it was like 115kg 1rm lmao, then gained up to 155kg for 1 rep and for some reason 130kg for 10 reps in a time frame of like 2 months then I got fired from
