Insane ascension, I have similar cheekbones and orbitals but I think a slight forward chin advancement would make my side profile better. My question to you is at what age should people start with surgery. With hardmaxing I wanna get MSE, genioplasty and maybe a medial canthoplasty, what would you focus on first if you were in my place?
