lack of father figure (i had my grandad but still)
shitty diet

My dad was 6ft+ in his prime, psl 5 to 6, thick wrist, he lost his virginity at 17yo while I lost mine at 27yo.

Either my mom gaves me bad genes or my environment was very shitty.
