I was at a friends' homeparty and he invited quite a few people. After drinking a few shots with my bsf I went outside and saw quite a few people there, a guy I didn't like was sitting next to this girl but I wasn't sure if he was talking to her or not. I just sat somewhere and listened to them talking about random stuff.
I acted like I didn't get what they're saying and asked this girl "what are they talking about?" she explained and I said that I can't hear her, she said "come sit next to me there's still a lot of place". She put her hand behind my head and talked into my ear, we talked for quite a while and after she loosened up a bit I've put my arm around her.
Someone said that there's only 5 minutes left until new year's eve so we all went inside and counted down from 60 after the timer hit 11:59. We were holding each other and I said "looks like it'll be a new year's kiss" and she laughed and said "hell nah"
I laughed it off and started to count down with the others, at like 10 seconds left I saw her looking at me from the corner of my eye. I looked into her eyes, we both smiled and kissed. We didn't even talk that much for the rest of the night, only when I left with some friends I said goodbye to her.
