Im traveling with my family in the car and so I cant eat my usual raw food and I just gotta eat what there eating and it's making me sick, I just ate a bunch of trash and miserable my stomach hurts

My parents are actually pretty health conscious and let me eat raw meat but sense were driving I dont have any

Yea Ik but if you can't have raw because of your parents cooked meat is way better than goyslop
